Mom was bitching a little, then nephew came and said he needed a pair of white pants--right on the following day. At 9:30 in the evening. Had to dig through my cosplay chest to look for white pants and they didn't even fit him. The usual disconnect-reconnect routine (I can't resist). Kept looking at my cellphone. Hello, second word war.
Finished with 1675 and was not really happy about it (got 1670 in the first). But, wonder of wonders, I made it to third place! Jeez.>_>
Anyway--
My NaNo 2008 (No Title Yet) Characters
Celestia - the princess of Veriah. A prophecy was made upon her birth that she would be the key to the fall of the kingdom and her father sent her away to the far kingdom of Lorentia to appease the members of the royal court.
Sefhyr - the Apostate. His father and brothers and half-brothers all betrayed the kingdom in one form or another. Seeking to reclaim his family's honor, Sefhyr was given 9 tasks to do so. The seventh task entails going to Lorentia and returning to Veriah with the Princess Celestia.
Jaylee - Jay. In the kingdom of Veriah, magic only appears within the royal court. Once in a few decades however, a powerful mystic is born among the commoners. Believing this to be bad luck, such children are killed as soon as they are discovered. Irene's family ran away from the kingdom to keep her alive, but was then caught by bandits. Sefhyr saved her from them and renamed her "Jaylee". She has always been by his side since then, treated as a tool and weapon but never once finding the need to complain.
Lawrencio - a knight from Veriah carrying the same task as Sefhyr, to come for and return with the Princess Celestia.
Coupled with a crappy sch**l-centered lifestyle, I'm stuck in my novel and having a hard time continuing it. RO!twin told me it was okay to write future parts first, something our seminar speaker last Saturday, Sir Dean Alfar backed up during his lecture. I originally didn't want to, because I'm one of those writers who don't have sequenced plots yet and I might end up not being able to lead the plot into any future part I might write, but then I realized last night that there are parts which will not change no matter what I do in the main plot-- the memories in the Sonnetteer of Memory. I also realized these were easier to write--probably because they're set in Asiyah or, as we commonly know it, Earth?^^;;
Gah. I've written too much and have wasted far too much time here. With no further ado, I give you what memories I have written so far.=)
